Delete your Kokodoko account

For the Kokodoko app for Android and iOS, published by Lightgraph. How to delete your account and what happens to your data.

In the app

  1. Open Kokodoko and sign in.
  2. Tap My profile (the profile icon at the top right).
  3. At the bottom, under Delete account, tap Delete my account.
  4. Confirm. The account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

Without the app

Email david@lightgraph.se from the address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

  • Your account and sign-in email address
  • Your profile: display name and photo
  • Patterns, projects, fabrics, photos and PDF files you have uploaded
  • Posts, comments, likes, blocks and reports in the community
  • Results, buttons and purchases in the Sewing Queen game

Everything is deleted at once and cannot be restored. Data may remain in backups for up to 30 days before it is removed there too.

What is not affected

Orders in the web shop at kokodoko.com are kept separately for accounting and warranty purposes. Digital patterns you have bought remain in your customer account in the shop, and if you create a new account in the app with the same email address you can get them again.
